We invite skilled artisans, makers and food vendors to apply to be part of a vibrant celebration of Celtic culture, heritage, music and craft.

Taking place in West Wales, CeltFest brings together the community for a lively festival featuring traditional and contemporary Celtic arts, live performances, workshops, reenactment and family-friendly activities. We are seeking high‑quality vendors whose work reflects the spirit, creativity and traditions of Celtic nations and alligned cultures.

Who Should Apply

We welcome applications from vendors offering:

Artisans & Craft Traders

  • Traditional and contemporary Celtic crafts
  • Jewellery, metalwork, leatherwork, woodwork
  • Textiles, weaving, tartans and fibre arts
  • Artwork, illustration, calligraphy and prints
  • Pottery, glass and handmade homewares
  • Musical instruments and related accessories

Retail & Specialty Goods

  • Celtic-inspired clothing and accessories
  • Books, music and cultural merchandise
  • Herbal products, candles, soaps and wellness items

Food & Beverage Vendors

  • Traditional or Celtic‑inspired food and drink
  • Artisan baked goods and confectionery
  • Hot and cold food traders (subject to licensing)

Vendor Expectations

Successful applicants must:

  • Offer high‑quality, well‑presented products
  • Create an attractive stall display suitable for a cultural festival
  • Hold relevant insurance and certifications (where applicable)
  • Comply with all local health, safety, and trading regulations

Preference may be given to handmade, ethically produced and culturally relevant goods.
