Dogs on leads are welcome on site. However, dogs are not permitted in the shop or exhibition unless they are assistance dogs. Dogs are also allowed in the tearoom during quieter times.

There is a small entrance fee for the Bee Exhibition, which is located on the first floor (stair access only).
Last entry to the exhibition is 4.30pm
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
