We are seeking talented bands, speakers, storytellers, educators and subject‑matter experts to take part in a vibrant celebration of Celtic culture, heritage, music and living traditions.
CeltFest brings together artists, practitioners and audiences for an immersive festival experience featuring live music, spoken word, hands‑on workshops, talks and cultural demonstrations. We invite applications from individuals and groups whose work reflects Celtic history, folklore, craft, music, language, spirituality and contemporary practice inspired by Celtic cultures.

Bands & Musical Performers
- Traditional and contemporary Celtic music
- Folk, fusion, acoustic and heritage‑inspired acts
- Vocalists, instrumentalists and ensembles
- Dance musicians and collaborative performers
Speakers & Cultural Experts
- Historians, researchers and authors
- Language specialists and cultural educators
- Folklorists, mythologists and heritage practitioners
- Spiritual, philosophical or cultural tradition speakers
Storytellers & Spoken Word Artists
- Traditional and contemporary storytellers
- Bards, poets and oral historians
- Performers specialising in myth, legend and folklore
Workshop Leaders
- Craft and heritage skills instructors
- Music, dance and singing teachers
- Language, storytelling or folklore workshops
- Nature‑based, historical or experiential learning sessions
What We’re Looking For
Successful applicants will:
- Demonstrate skill, knowledge, and authenticity in their field
- Engage audiences in an accessible and inclusive way
- Align with the values and spirit of Celtic culture and community
- Be prepared to present performances, talks, or workshops suitable for a public festival setting
Both traditional and contemporary interpretations are welcome, provided they respect the cultural focus of CeltFest.
