Inspired by the colours of the Welsh Rugby shirt this cocktail in collaboration with Tenby Gin and Bartu Rum.
Here's the recipe:
20ml cherry mead
20ml @penderyn.distillery Brecon cranberry & rhubarb gin
20ml bitter liqueur e.g. campari, aperol, Cynar
Squeeze of lemon juice (10ml)
Top up with moon juice
